The following Terms of Service are entered into by and between You and Lonsdale Naturopathic Clinic.
The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (“Terms of Service”), govern your access to and use of https://lonsdalenaturopathic.com/, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through https://lonsdalenaturopathic.com/ (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user.
Terms of Service
Please note the following clinic policies:
- We facilitate direct billing for most extended health plans, excluding Equitable Life, ICBC, WorkSafe BC, and MSP.
- Direct billing responses are determined by your insurer, not the clinic. If your claim is ‘pending’, ‘rejected’, or ‘pay to member only’, you are responsible for covering the full outstanding balance.
- Dr. Dayal is not currently accepting new patients and does not maintain a new patient waitlist currently. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to explore the expertise of our other highly qualified practitioners.
- Yasmin P. Devji, RAc, cannot treat anyone who has a pacemaker fitted.
- Before Yasmin P. Devji, RAc, utilizes acupuncture to induce labor, we require a written referral letter from a Midwife or your doctor. Please contact the front desk before your appointment at 604-987-1418 if you need to provide us with this.
- For IV Iron infusions, the administration fee is $220. Please note that this does not cover the cost of the infused iron itself. For more details on pricing and further information, kindly contact our front desk at 604-987-1418.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and we understand! Kindly observe our 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as missed appointments without prior notice, will incur a fee. Patients who cancel within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Patients who miss an appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price. This fee will be automatically charged to your card on file.

Jurisdiction
This agreement between you, the user, and Lonsdale Naturopathic Clinic, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of British Columbia in any proceeding related to this agreement.
